Responsibilities
- Maintain and support the CSS EHS Mobile Safety Application.
- Develop, enhance, and deploy application features and improvements for Android and iOS mobile platforms.
- Manage database uploads, system integrations, and integrations with EHS automation tools.
- Design and implement automated backup and recovery processes.
- Ensure compliance with Ericsson IT security policies, standards, and secure development practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by field teams within agreed timelines.
- Monitor application performance, availability, and data accuracy.
- Prepare reports covering enhancements, issues, risks, and planned actions.
- Track software licenses and support budget monitoring activities.
- Support application integrations and migrations to Ericsson global platforms.
- Collaborate with EHS, ASP, field, and IT stakeholders and escalate deviations when necessary.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and awareness content to support EHS requirements and user adoption.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Programming, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in software development, web programming, or application development.
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience developing mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
- Experience with both front-end UI/UX and back-end development.
- Strong knowledge of database management, system integrations, and automation solutions.
- Understanding of application security principles and secure development practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a multicultural and geographically distributed environment and manage multiple priorities.
- High accountability, integrity, professionalism, proactivity, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure.
- Preferred experience with EHS/HSE or safety-related applications and processes.
- Preferred experience supporting enterprise mobile applications across multiple countries or customer accounts.
- Preferred knowledge of Ericsson tools, platforms, and security compliance requirements.
