Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable end-to-end product features with Java and Spring Boot.
- Partner with Product Managers and Designers to turn complex workflows into user experiences.
- Improve performance, scalability, reliability, architecture, testing, and CI/CD automation.
- Define and evolve shared standards for APIs, components, and data models.
- Explore AI-driven workflows and automation while collaborating with an international team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building and shipping production-ready software with modern frameworks.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining backend services and end-to-end product features with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with REST APIs, security configuration, databases, and external service integrations.
- Strong understanding of scalable system design, APIs, and component boundaries.
- Knowledge of clean code, testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent English communication skills at C1 level and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
