Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered product features and services.
- Develop applications and workflows integrating LLM, agent, or machine learning capabilities.
- Contribute to evaluation, observability, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with product, data, engineering, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of AI-powered capabilities.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
- Develop reusable components and patterns that accelerate AI adoption across teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence and shared knowledge.
- Support software updates, release rollouts, quality assurance verification, staff training, and resolution of complex application issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience is listed as a preferred qualification.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience is stated.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications.
- Experience with AI/ML platforms, LLMs, agents, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and software architecture patterns.
- Experience delivering production software in collaborative engineering environments.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred; Comcast may also consider coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
