Responsibilities
- Design, build, customize, and configure SAP for Utilities CRM applications to meet business requirements.
- Gather and analyze requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot application issues and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Ensure application quality and performance through testing and validation.
- Document design specifications and application configurations.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and develop subject-matter expertise.
- Share knowledge with and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with SAP for Utilities CRM.
- Proficiency in customizing and configuring SAP for Utilities CRM modules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot application issues.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work with integration tools and understand data flow between SAP and other systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
