Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Manage and automate cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using Bash or Python scripts.
- Troubleshoot deployment, application, and infrastructure issues and identify root causes.
- Support developers with application deployments, environment configuration, and infrastructure requests.
- Participate in incident investigation and resolution.
- Improve system performance, reliability, release processes, and operational efficiency.
- Document infrastructure workflows and operational processes.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or a related role.
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar.
- Familiarity with Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider, such as AWS or GCP.
- Ability to write basic automation scripts using Bash or Python; Python knowledge is required.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
- Basic knowledge of Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Working knowledge of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience using Git and collaborative software development workflows.
- Experience in a SaaS, product-based, or AI-driven environment.
- Understanding of cloud security, secrets management, and infrastructure access controls.
- Experience optimizing deployment workflows and improving infrastructure reliability.
- Nice to have experience with AI deployment workflows, MLOps practices, and GPU optimization for AI workloads.
