Responsibilities
- Define test strategy and plans for Workday implementation programs.
- Deliver finance testing for Workday or similar ERP programs.
- Manage defects and conduct defect triage.
- Track, monitor, and report daily, weekly, and monthly test metrics.
- Support the complete testing cycle, including ST, SIT, E2E, and UAT.
- Manage a small team and oversee its deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and manage test activities in a multi-vendor environment.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Workday testing.
- 8-plus years of experience defining test strategy and plans for Workday implementation programs.
- Hands-on experience delivering finance testing on Workday or similar ERP programs.
- Understanding of financial business processes, including accounting and finance, cash management, AR, AP, EM, and financial planning.
- Good understanding of Workday modules.
