Base Salary
$143k - $286k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead platform engineering efforts delivering scalable infrastructure, reusable tooling, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Drive the software development lifecycle across multiple teams, including high availability, fault tolerance, and real-time data processing.
- Architect and integrate intelligent software systems using cloud-native principles and model-driven design.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship while influencing architectural decisions and engineering standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, measure success metrics, and align solutions with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area plus 5 years of software engineering or related experience, or 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field plus 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
- Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership and scalable, cloud-native architectures.
- Expertise designing and implementing distributed systems for real-time data processing and AI/ML integration.
- Technical proficiency with software development lifecycle management, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and observability.
- Experience with model-driven design and AI agents, plus mentoring engineers and influencing architectural decisions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement and technical excellence.
