Base Salary
$115k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement an enterprise software platform integrating Freeform’s business processes from sales through manufacturing.
- Develop applications tracking the end-to-end lifecycle of millions of parts across thousands of global customers.
- Gather requirements and solve problems collaboratively with engineering and operations disciplines.
- Create scalable and resilient systems meeting high standards for quality, reliability, and security.
- Maintain accessible and reliable backend data models for business intelligence users.
- Develop functional and intuitive user interfaces to improve system usability.
- Lead architecture, implementation, and foundational technical decisions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional, post-graduation experience developing software with modern programming languages.
- Experience with backend web frameworks such as Flask or Django.
- Experience with frontend web frameworks such as React or Next.js.
- Experience building applications that interact with SQL and non-relational databases.
- A bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science or computer engineering is preferred.
- Familiarity with Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot is preferred.
- Experience with microcontrollers, FPGA, GPU computing hardware, embedded or real-time software, industrial automation, rockets, spacecraft, robotics, Linux, or RTOS environments is preferred.
- Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, ownership, problem-solving, and adaptability are preferred.
