Responsibilities
- Understand client business challenges and propose and build solutions using digital technologies, particularly generative AI and cloud technologies.
- Select appropriate technology stacks for web/mobile applications, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure, and lead development through the full process.
- Lead the introduction of DevOps and MLOps practices and QA activities to improve development efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with project managers, data scientists, designers, consultants, and other stakeholders across technical, UX, data-model, and business-model perspectives.
- Form and lead development teams, including contractors, to rapidly test hypotheses and create business impact.
- Communicate technical approaches and their effects clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support clients in establishing operating structures for built systems and models.
- Propose technology selections and best practices based on current technology trends and help raise technical capabilities internally and externally.
Requirements
- Expected to complete a relevant master's or doctoral program between September 2026 and August 2027; bachelor's degree candidates are not eligible.
- Coding skills in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Experience developing and operating software such as web/mobile frontends and backends, and experience building cloud infrastructure.
- Experience in relevant research or internships.
- English proficiency at daily-conversation level or higher.
- Ability to understand client business contexts, apply advanced development or analytical methods to business, and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Preferred: generative-AI development experience.
- Preferred: experience developing large-scale services or enterprise SaaS.
- Preferred: experience handling structured and unstructured data, including RDB/NoSQL and streaming data.
- Preferred: understanding of DevOps and MLOps.
- Preferred: experience deploying large-scale data analytics, analytical models, or workflows to production.
- Preferred: business-level or higher English proficiency.
