Responsibilities
- Understand clients’ business challenges and propose and build solutions using digital technologies, especially generative AI and cloud technologies.
- Select appropriate technology stacks and lead end-to-end development for web and mobile applications, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead the introduction of DevOps/MLOps and quality assurance practices to maintain development efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with project managers, data scientists, designers, consultants, and other professionals across technical, UX, data-model, and business-model perspectives.
- Form and lead development teams, including contractors, to conduct rapid hypothesis testing and deliver business impact within limited timelines.
- Communicate technical approaches and their impact clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support clients in establishing operating structures for the systems and models delivered.
- Recommend technology selections and best practices based on current technology trends and help raise technical capabilities internally and externally.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a relevant master’s or doctoral program and expected to complete it between September 2027 and August 2028; bachelor’s students expected to graduate are not eligible.
- Coding skills in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Experience developing and operating software such as web/mobile frontends and backends, plus experience building cloud infrastructure.
- Research or internship experience in a relevant field.
- English proficiency at conversational level or above; business-level English is preferred.
- Preferred qualifications include generative AI development, large-scale or enterprise SaaS development, experience with relational and NoSQL databases or streaming data, DevOps/MLOps knowledge, and production deployment of large-scale analytics, analytical models, or workflows.
- Applicants should demonstrate business-oriented problem solving, critical thinking, teamwork, clear communication of complex technical concepts, and willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies and methods.
