Base Salary
$123k - $172k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver features and improvements for the SaaS Manager platform.
- Own well-defined features end to end, from initial development through production.
- Write clean, well-tested, and clearly documented production code.
- Participate actively in code reviews and use feedback to improve technical judgment.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand customer problems and advocate for good outcomes.
- Surface blockers and open questions early to keep work moving.
- Identify opportunities to improve the codebase and team processes.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
- Knowledge of .NET/C# and exposure to MongoDB or a comparable document database.
- Ability to learn new concepts, technologies, and codebases quickly.
- Experience writing clean, well-tested, and well-documented code.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, product, and design.
- Proactive ownership of assigned work and willingness to surface problems early.
- Curiosity about using agentic AI tools thoughtfully in software development.
- Bonus: familiarity with .NET/C#, MongoDB, Go, Rust, TypeScript, React, and other technical stacks.
