Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications while adapting features to business requirements.
- Implement application enhancements using integration techniques, APIs, workflow automation, and low-code platforms.
- Manage software releases, version control, compatibility, and application stability.
- Monitor performance and proactively troubleshoot complex application issues with minimal business disruption.
- Document configuration changes and maintain records for knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and develop subject-matter expertise.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in AI Agents and Workflow Integration.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in AI Agents and Workflow Integration.
- Strong understanding of integration techniques and workflow automation within packaged and SaaS applications.
- Experience with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and maintain system reliability.
- Preferred experience with Python, Python frameworks, and Python on Azure.
- Familiarity with release management processes and version control.
