Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth.
- Present Netskope’s cloud security architecture and solutions to technical stakeholders and senior executives.
- Create presentations, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept/value exercises, evaluation test plans, and win strategies.
- Lead customer and partner evaluations and POCs through successful completion.
- Gather customer technical requirements and position Netskope as the best solution for business needs.
- Advocate for customers, support customer success, and escalate satisfaction or technical issues cross-functionally.
- Analyze competitive solutions, support trade shows and conferences, and respond to RFIs and RFPs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions or Systems Engineer with a proven record of presenting technical information to executives or architects.
- Strong customer empathy, communication, presentation, public-speaking, and revenue-growth skills.
- Ability to work from whiteboard-level discussions through security-architect and CISO engagements.
- Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and administering Linux, macOS, and Windows systems.
- Proficiency with mobile device technologies and Android and iOS operating systems.
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM, and related protocols.
- Hands-on experience with web proxies, NGFWs, security gateways, remote access, site-to-site VPNs, SAML/SSO, DLP, data security, and regular expressions.
- Experience with cloud identity providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, SD-WAN deployments and integrations, Active Directory, ADFS, and preferably Azure AD.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and cloud-based SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS technologies.
- Preferred qualifications include Python and REST API experience, cloud security vendor experience, relevant security certifications, Agile/Scrum or project management certifications, and advanced network technology certifications.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or a related field.
