Base Salary
$190k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate backend services and platform primitives for engineering workflows.
- Scale the platform to improve performance, reliability, observability, and security.
- Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines, test infrastructure, and internal tooling.
- Collaborate with frontend and AI engineers to define APIs and data models.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience in cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of systems design, distributed systems, and reliability best practices.
- Experience with containerization and infrastructure-as-code tooling.
- Ability to own projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a low-ego approach.
