Responsibilities
- Own the technical administration, configuration, integration, and continuous improvement of the enterprise Jira and Confluence platform.
- Manage Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, projects, spaces, workflows, automation, and platform enhancements.
- Integrate Atlassian products with enterprise systems and services.
- Oversee user provisioning, identity management, access governance, risk management, compliance, and operating standards.
- Manage incidents, problem resolution, operational support, and platform stability.
- Translate business requirements into technical platform solutions and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to support analysts and administrators.
Requirements
- Extensive experience administering Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms in large and complex organisations.
- Proven experience designing and implementing platform configurations, workflows, and automation.
- Experience integrating Atlassian products with enterprise systems and services.
- Experience managing platform incidents, problem resolution, and operational support.
- Experience supporting identity management, user provisioning, and access governance processes.
- Experience delivering platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience managing the Atlassian Cloud platform.
- Knowledge of risk management, compliance practices, governance frameworks, and operating standards.
- Awareness of data privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business-to-technology translation skills.
