Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software solutions across applications and systems.
- Define requirements and design applications supporting business process and application needs.
- Lead the design and development of application features.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with and help manage the team, make team decisions, and conduct project meetings.
- Design and implement security protocols, role-based access controls, and application security functionality.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
- Mandatory Workday primary-skill-related certification.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of application security principles.
- Experience designing and implementing security protocols.
- Knowledge of role-based access control and data encryption techniques.
