Responsibilities
- Lead test strategy and execution for functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
- Design, enhance, and support automation using the Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable test scenarios and cases.
- Manage test data, environment readiness, and coverage for complex workflows.
- Drive defect tracking, triage, root-cause analysis, and re-test validation.
- Partner with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to improve quality early in the lifecycle.
- Analyze quality results and trends and provide status, risk, and defect reporting.
- Support continuous testing practices and CI/CD-related quality improvements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or QA automation.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and API testing in enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and automated regression design; ATF experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of defect lifecycle management, defect tracking tools, and triage processes.
- Experience with test data management and environment coordination.
- Ability to convert requirements and user journeys into structured test coverage.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Agile delivery, and quality metrics and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience with distributed systems, service integrations, complex business workflows, continuous testing, quality dashboards, and process improvement.
- Preferred scripting or automation experience with modern quality engineering tools or languages.
- Preferred experience in regulated, large-scale, or healthcare technology environments.
- Strong debugging, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication skills.
