Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead application-security and secure-SDLC practices through threat modeling, secure design reviews, vulnerability remediation, least-privilege controls, authentication, and data protection.
- Design, build, and deploy production backend microservices and agentic AI workflows in Python on AWS.
- Develop LLM-driven applications, RAG pipelines, prompt-engineering strategies, AI guardrails, output validation, automated prompt testing, fallback mechanisms, rate limiting, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Build monitoring, audit logging, automated evaluation frameworks, and capabilities supporting security detection and incident response.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, cloud infrastructure, and security teams to operate resilient enterprise AI systems.
Requirements
- Strong engineering proficiency in Python, RESTful microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native application deployment in AWS environments.
- Proven application-security expertise in threat modeling, secure API design, cryptography fundamentals, data protection, secrets management, and OWASP and supply-chain risk mitigation.
- Hands-on experience developing LLM-driven or agentic AI applications, RAG pipelines, prompt-engineering strategies, production guardrails, or model-evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with containerized architectures and production systems.
