Base Salary
$116k - $188k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full-stack features across the Vega platform.
- Own features end-to-end from prototype to production rollout.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Write well-tested, maintainable code and promote best practices.
- Mentor teammates and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
- Participate in on-call rotations and ensure production reliability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in TypeScript/React for frontend and Go for backend.
- Experience with LLM-powered features or AI-driven workflows.
- Strong product instincts and ability to translate requirements into solutions.
- Collaborative and communicative, comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Familiarity with LaunchDarkly, feature flagging, or observability tools is a plus.
- Experience with usage-based product surfaces or experimentation platforms is a plus.
