Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to understand problems and identify opportunities for automation and improved tooling.
- Build and maintain internal applications, integrations, automations, and workflows.
- Choose between custom software and existing tools based on the business problem.
- Use AI tools and APIs when useful for solving business problems.
- Own solutions from problem definition through rollout and ongoing maintenance.
Requirements
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and strong business context.
- Ability to turn loosely defined problems into working solutions.
- Strong ownership across problem definition, rollout, and maintenance.
- Experience using Claude Code, Codex, or similar coding agents.
- Proficiency with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Knowledge of SQL and databases, Git, standard development workflows, LLM APIs, and agent frameworks.
