Responsibilities
- Help shape the foundation of the engineering organization.
- Lead initiatives across the tech stack with high agency in product direction.
- Optimize matching algorithms and create user experiences for millions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive product direction.
- Embrace an experimentation mindset to learn from user interactions.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling production quality systems.
- Comfortable working across the stack and tackling new tasks.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work well in-person.
- Strong problem-solving skills and hypothesis testing.
- Excitement for end-to-end ownership in high agency environments.
- Experience as a startup founder or early-stage engineer is a plus.
