Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Help shape the foundation of Koah Labs’ engineering organization.
- Lead initiatives across the stack and contribute to product direction and technical design.
- Optimize matching algorithms and build high-quality user experiences at scale.
- Partner with data and go-to-market stakeholders to drive product direction.
- Use experimentation and behavioral data to inform product development.
- Own work end to end in a fast-moving, high-trust environment.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling production-quality systems and user experiences.
- Ability to work across the stack and take on unfamiliar technical challenges.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, high-agency startup environments.
- Ability to break down problems, test hypotheses, and use experimentation to guide decisions.
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and comfort working in person.
- Startup founder or early-stage engineering experience is a plus.
