Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise AI and machine learning solutions.
- Define end-to-end architectures covering data ingestion, preparation, model selection, orchestration, APIs, workflow integrations, user experiences, monitoring, and governance.
- Design and implement Claude and LLM-powered applications using prompt and context engineering, RAG, structured outputs, tool use, and workflow orchestration.
- Architect agentic systems with defined roles, permissions, memory, approval gates, fallback paths, escalation mechanisms, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Develop, validate, deploy, and monitor machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Build cloud, data engineering, database, API, ServiceNow, and enterprise application integrations.
- Establish AI evaluation, testing, observability, governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
- Lead technical discovery, architecture workshops, design reviews, proof-of-concepts, client demonstrations, and delivery roadmaps.
- Create dashboards and reporting to measure AI adoption, business value, workflow outcomes, operational performance, and model quality.
- Contribute reusable agent designs, integration components, evaluation assets, and implementation accelerators.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience applying AI, machine learning, data science, software engineering, or intelligent automation to practical enterprise use cases.
- Strong hands-on Python and SQL experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn or comparable machine learning frameworks.
- Experience architecting or delivering AI/ML, LLM, RAG, conversational AI, agentic AI, or AI-powered automation solutions.
- Understanding of algorithms, object-oriented programming, functional design principles, software architecture, and API integration patterns.
- Hands-on knowledge of prompt engineering, context management, tokens, embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
- Proficiency with Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, cloud platforms, big-data processing, cloud data platforms, databases, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud, Apache Spark, Snowflake, NLP technologies, Hugging Face, transformer models, or cloud AI services.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI and with data-quality, visualization, and KPI measurement practices.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, security, human oversight, hallucination mitigation, prompt-injection defenses, model limitations, and governed deployment.
- Strong architectural, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Preferred experience with Claude, the Anthropic API, Anthropic Console, Claude Code, Anthropic Academy or partner enablement, and Model Context Protocol.
- Preferred experience with AI agents, multi-agent systems, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, enterprise search, embeddings, reranking, and RAG evaluation.
- Preferred familiarity with AI observability, tracing, prompt and version management, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, model monitoring, cost optimization, MLOps, LLMOps, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and production cloud deployment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent relevant experience is also considered.
- Advanced degree or relevant AI, cloud, data, ServiceNow, or Anthropic certifications is a plus.
