Base Salary
$199k - $274k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and mature TORC’s engineering function, including talent, practices, operating models, delivery discipline, accountability, and technical capabilities.
- Lead engineering delivery for the Unified System of Controls, including control measurement, evidence, reporting, exceptions, workflow, integration, accountability, and decision-grade insight.
- Create scalable, reusable, interoperable, secure, reliable, and observable engineering foundations for TORC and other ACC strategic products.
- Translate product direction, strategy, and business requirements into engineering roadmaps, implementation decisions, and delivery.
- Partner across Digital Product, Platform Consulting, Architecture, Product Security, Security Operations, and other engineering organizations.
- Develop technical leaders, strengthen engineering capability, and establish a high-performing, outcome-oriented engineering culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field is required.
- Master’s degree or equivalent advanced technical experience is preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive technology and engineering experience is preferred.
- Significant experience leading enterprise-scale software, platform, or engineering capabilities and delivering secure enterprise applications or platforms.
- Demonstrated experience building or materially transforming engineering teams, practices, and operating models.
- Experience leading complex initiatives across multiple organizations and technology domains and influencing senior executives.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering, APIs, data integration, automation, cloud, telemetry, observability, reliability, and secure engineering practices.
- Strong product and business orientation, technical judgment, communication, cross-functional influence, transformation leadership, and talent-development capabilities.
