Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain large-scale distributed, API-driven systems supporting tens of thousands of users.
- Own data ingestion and develop system-driven approaches to improve data accuracy, reliability, and quality.
- Diagnose data and platform issues end-to-end through complex pipelines, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions.
- Develop AI-powered solutions, agents, intelligent workflows, search capabilities, and business automation.
- Improve monitoring, telemetry, observability, anomaly detection, automated diagnostics, and system reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, Research, and Data teams to identify and deliver high-impact technology opportunities.
- Write scalable, maintainable code and contribute to software design standards, code reviews, and technology adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person university or college.
- At least 4 years of full-stack software development experience with C#, .NET, React, JavaScript, and relational databases including SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
- Experience designing and building large-scale distributed, service-oriented applications.
- Experience with database design, SQL development, performance tuning, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with AI development tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, or agent-based architectures.
- Experience with monitoring, telemetry, observability, and automated diagnostics platforms.
- Understanding of data quality principles, data governance, and data-centric application design.
- Preferred experience with AWS or Azure cloud services, including DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, or similar technologies.
- Preferred experience implementing AI agents, intelligent search, workflow automation, or generative AI applications.
- Preferred experience deploying LLM or machine learning solutions using Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Azure ML, or SageMaker.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and ability to deliver pragmatic, scalable, maintainable solutions.
