Base Salary
$120k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Execute the engineering roadmap for blockchain infrastructure, tokenization platforms, and digital asset services.
- Participate in the design, architecture, and implementation of blockchain-based solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to define technical requirements.
- Implement and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and security.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging standards, and evolving digital-asset regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience with Solidity, Go, or similar languages for blockchain and backend development in an enterprise production environment.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade software systems at scale.
- At least 3 years of blockchain and tokenization experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and cryptographic primitives.
- Familiarity with custodial and non-custodial wallet infrastructure, key management, and secure signing.
- Experience in regulated financial services or fintech is preferred.
