Responsibilities
- Design and evolve IT architecture for the Digital Order Management hub and related portfolio.
- Design and develop ServiceNow workflows, interfaces, and customizations.
- Design RESTful APIs and support decomposition of the monolithic system landscape.
- Ensure ServiceNow solutions align with Deutsche Telekom IT strategy and infrastructure.
- Define target architecture for the B2B microservice landscape.
- Contribute to architectural runways, architectural vision, and required enablers with Scrum teams and external stakeholders.
- Lead project teams, provide technical guidance, and facilitate collaboration.
- Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders and other Agile Release participants.
Requirements
- Expert-level ServiceNow knowledge, especially IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Good knowledge of IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Customer Service Management (CSM).
- At least seven years of professional experience, including at least five years in IT solution design or architecture.
- Expertise in telecommunications order management, telecommunications service management, product inventory, and data segregation.
- Experience with TMF (Tele-Management Forum).
- Very good knowledge of project management processes and methods.
- Operational experience with agile methods in software development, including SAFe.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
- Broad knowledge of B2B solution business and end-to-end processes, especially the order-to-cash process.
- Experience presenting to large audiences.
- Fluency in English and German.
