Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and support full-stack features spanning UI, APIs, business logic, data models, and integrations.
- Develop modern frontend experiences and robust backend services using sound object-oriented and software design principles.
- Use Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted development tools for scaffolding, refactoring, testing, debugging, and code review.
- Design and implement REST API and event-driven enterprise integrations.
- Build Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and the Salesforce security model.
- Explore agentic and AI-powered features, workflow automation, and AI agents with appropriate governance and human-in-the-loop checks.
- Own features through solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and improvements to engineering practices.
- Streamline revenue processes, eliminate manual work, and improve platform reliability and scalability.
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience across frontend, backend, APIs, and data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, modern frontend frameworks, object-oriented backend development, REST API design, databases, SQL, and data modeling.
- Daily hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar, including evaluating generated code for correctness, security, and performance.
- Experience with software design patterns, Git, CI/CD practices, automated testing, and software development lifecycle practices.
- Ability to independently design and deliver scalable technical solutions and diagnose complex technical problems.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability and interest to quickly learn platforms such as Salesforce and MuleSoft.
- Interest in applying AI to automation, decision support, and smarter business workflows.
