Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end-to-end Adobe Experience Manager solutions for complex enterprise environments.
- Advise clients on Adobe Experience Cloud roadmap decisions and long-term implementation strategy.
- Identify and mitigate risks involving third-party integrations and legacy systems.
- Coach and upskill team members while fostering technical excellence.
- Contribute hands-on to core development tasks and ensure adherence to AEM solution design best practices.
Requirements
- Deep project knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, preferably AEM as a Cloud Service, plus Adobe Commerce.
- Experience with Java, JCR, HTL, OSGi configurations, and React or Angular for headless CMS implementations.
- Practical experience with RESTful or GraphQL APIs and middleware solutions.
- Experience consulting clients and teams on implementation approaches and leading teams in an Agile environment.
- Professional English communication skills at C1 level.
- Adobe Certified Expert or Adobe Certified Master certification is advantageous.
