Responsibilities
- Build robust and scalable applications and convert specifications into high-quality, testable code.
- Develop automated solutions, tooling, and visibility features for internal development workflows.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, follow technical standards, and promote engineering best practices.
- Identify, debug, and resolve application issues while supporting system integration and testing.
- Provision cloud and infrastructure services using APIs and Infrastructure as Code solutions.
- Implement and maintain automation, continuous integration and delivery pipelines, monitoring, and logging.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, communicate progress and blockers, and investigate emerging platform-engineering technologies.
Requirements
- Proven background in software development and strong engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Familiarity with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Practical understanding of Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK monitoring and logging tools.
- Knowledge of networking and security technologies, including TCP, IP, routing, and switching.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clean code and solve technical problems analytically.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
