Salesforce Technical Architect-Healthcare Domain (SF Tech Arch exp mandatory)
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Design and build Salesforce Industry and Health Cloud solutions across the full implementation lifecycle.
- Lead discovery, definition, technical design, architecture, documentation, and estimation sessions with clients and delivery teams.
- Design and integrate scalable predictive and generative AI solutions while optimizing performance, resource consumption, and platform governor limits.
- Develop and support Salesforce CRM, workflow, integration, configuration, customization, and application solutions.
- Create and deliver CRM and workflow solutions using Salesforce, Apex, Force.com, Visualforce, and J2EE technologies.
- Lead and mentor development and QA teams, ensuring appropriate testing, performance oversight, and quality delivery.
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, engineering, services teams, customers, and partners to increase the value of Salesforce Health Cloud products.
- Develop proofs of concept, assist with complex coding tasks, and lead initiatives that grow the consulting practice and knowledge base.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing technology solutions.
- At least 2 years of experience handling client-facing projects with increasing responsibility in systems development or business consulting.
- Demonstrated healthcare-domain experience and strong industry knowledge.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- End-to-end Salesforce CRM implementation and Salesforce integration experience across business systems and integration tools.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Force.com, Apex, J2EE, HTML, Java, JavaScript, and XML for CRM-solution development.
- Strong experience with Apex APIs, Apex Triggers, Salesforce configuration and customization, new-instance implementation, Lightning Aura Components, Visualforce, Flex, Apex classes, Apex web services, APIs, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce controls.
- Knowledge of Lightning Web Components, workflow alerts and actions, and approval workflows.
- Strong Service-Oriented Architecture, integration, software-component design, requirements analysis, and comprehensive solution-design experience.
- Experience leading teams through complex problem analysis, solution design, and implementation.
- Strong written and spoken communication, independent working ability, self-direction, fast learning, and innovation.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed, averaging 30–50% depending on the engagement.
