Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical lead for the Kubernetes ecosystem.
- Design intuitive interfaces and tooling for internal customers.
- Leverage expertise in Kubernetes to solve scaling bottlenecks.
- Architect security and identity solutions for multi-tenancy.
- Lead the design of automation and self-healing systems.
- Define the technical roadmap in partnership with engineering leadership.
- Mentor senior and staff-level engineers to foster technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale distributed systems or cloud infrastructure.
- Demonstrated expertise in Kubernetes internals and ecosystem modifications.
- Experience building mission-critical infrastructure platforms.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native security practices and container networking.
- Proven track record of technical leadership and cross-functional influence.
