Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Deliver platform capabilities spanning infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks.
- Develop, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain software throughout the full lifecycle.
- Apply cloud-native architecture principles to build scalable and resilient systems.
- Lead system design reviews and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
- Build AI-driven applications that integrate ML components and automation.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering best practices.
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable technical requirements and improve products, tools, and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area plus four years of software engineering or related experience, or six years of such experience.
- Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, platform development, API design, and software design patterns.
- Experience with full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, deployment, and observability.
- Ability to mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote standardization and long-term sustainability.
- Strong data-driven problem-solving, prototyping, tooling, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Preferred: relevant master’s degree plus two years of software engineering or related experience.
- Preferred: knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.

- Annual salary range of $143,000.00-$286,000.00, plus performance bonuses and possible stock compensation.
