Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI-driven applications using Large Language Models.
- Develop and integrate full-stack applications, APIs, AI agents, and enterprise services.
- Build, deploy, debug, optimize, and monitor AI applications and agent workflows.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to scenario modeling, simulations, and evaluations.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience working with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models, Generative AI, AWS AI Services, AI agents, and workflow integration.
- Strong AWS proficiency and experience developing and deploying APIs that interact with AI models and enterprise services.
- Knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies for full-stack AI application development.
- Experience building, deploying, debugging, and optimizing AI agents.
- Ability to optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, and reliability and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Experience with LangGraph, AWS Bedrock-based LLMs, scenario modeling, simulations, and evaluations is relevant; LangSmith Platform, Claude Code, and AWS Neptune are pluses.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
