Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement scalable cloud infrastructures on AWS, Azure, or GCP for customer projects.
  • Translate requirements from customers and data and AI teams into robust infrastructure and architecture concepts.
  • Automate infrastructure and deployments using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
  • Develop Bash and Python automation scripts for provisioning, monitoring, and API integration.
  • Help build and operate CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applications.
  • Support monitoring, logging, cost optimization, troubleshooting, and performance improvement of cloud environments.
  • Contribute to technical concepts, documentation, customer presentations, and internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Practical experience with at least one cloud platform—AWS, Azure, or GCP—and with developing, deploying, and operating applications or services in production.
  • Good Bash and/or Python skills for automation, scripting, and API integration, plus confidence with Linux-based systems.
  • Experience with Docker and a basic understanding of Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of cloud security best practices and their application in projects.
  • Initial experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi is preferred.
  • Initial experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps is preferred.
  • Monitoring and observability experience with tools such as Prometheus or Grafana is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts including VPCs, subnets, routing, and security groups is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data or AI infrastructure, data pipelines, or MLOps is an additional advantage.
  • Very good English skills at least at C1 level and good German skills at least at B2 level.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, independent, structured, solution-oriented, and collaborative working style.
