Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and continuously improve productive AI and ML systems in cloud environments, especially Azure.
- Ensure system availability, performance, reliability, and service quality in production.
- Perform updates, patches, minor enhancements, and Python-based fixes to existing services.
- Improve monitoring, observability, and alerting and identify potential production issues early.
- Analyze, resolve, and document production incidents, bugs, and application problems.
- Support remediation of vulnerabilities, security findings, CVEs, and other security issues.
- Work with APIs, cloud services, and containerized deployments to maintain stable system integrations.
- Improve operations processes, deployment workflows, and maintenance standards for AI Operations.
- Collaborate with consultants, developers, engineers, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Provide reliable support during regular business hours and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in cloud and IT environments, including practical experience operating production systems.
- Practical experience operating and maintaining production cloud systems, ideally involving AI or machine-learning applications.
- Strong knowledge of Azure, including Azure Container Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Application Insights, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI.
- Experience with containerized and serverless architectures and Docker.
- Experience with Python for troubleshooting, automation, or implementing fixes in existing services.
- Understanding of monitoring and observability, including alerting and production-system transparency.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management, dependency maintenance, CVE remediation, and related security topics.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows; Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions are preferred.
- Reliable, careful, detail-oriented working style with ownership of operational quality and stability.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills and professional English proficiency.
