Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable large language model architectures.
- Design neural network parameters for models trained on large-scale unlabeled text data.
- Analyze and improve model performance through parameter tuning and evaluation metrics.
- Provide cross-team technical solutions, advisory input, and key decision-making.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to integrate language models into broader systems.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Large Language Models.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience training models on large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Familiarity with natural language processing and state-of-the-art language generation methods.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
