Responsibilities
- Design, experiment, build, test, and deploy backend services for Klarity's AI platform.
- Implement AI orchestration pipelines that manage real-world variability.
- Balance long-term architectural vision with a focus on shipping features quickly.
- Design secure systems with least-privilege access and strong tenant isolation.
- Collaborate across disciplines to translate product ideas into technical plans.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing and shipping production-grade products.
- Strong backend engineering skills with a focus on reliability and performance.
- Experience with AI technologies and orchestration protocols.
- Ability to design systems with future scalability in mind.
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
