Responsibilities

  • Construct, implement, and deploy custom process-centric business applications using Appian.
  • Analyze client business strategies and operations to design technical solutions for workflow inefficiencies.
  • Use design thinking to create functional prototypes and map end-to-end business models.
  • Integrate enterprise applications, business intelligence, and knowledge management capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver projects.
  • Support customer engagements requiring up to 10% annual travel.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and French language skills.
  • Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related technical or analytical field.
  • Foundational knowledge of computer systems, programming logic, or emerging software technologies.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate organizational strategies into process workflows.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for professional client-facing work.
  • Prior experience in a professional, academic, or technical setting, including internships, research, capstones, or consistent part-time/full-time employment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
  • Preferred experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
  • Preferred leadership experience in student organizations, clubs, or team-based activities.
  • Preferred fluency in AI and LLMs, including strategic AI platform development and hands-on use of AI tools.
