Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver an improved customer experience.
- Own the systems that sending transactions depend on across the platform.
- Make architectural decisions for core send components and improve their reliability and performance.
- Maintain critical infrastructure and build customer-facing products supporting the send journey.
- Focus engineering changes on real customer problems and product outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong computer science fundamentals.
- Strong knowledge of modern technology stacks and design concepts.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and simply.
- Understanding of product goals and ability to think beyond the code level.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and improve products and working practices.
Benefits
- Starting salary of £68,000–£87,500 per year.
- Hybrid working arrangement.
- Role requires candidates to already be based in the UK or able to work from the UK.
