Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify and solve complex, high-impact problems with multiple stakeholders.
- Help set the technical direction for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with product managers and customers to scope projects.
- Build the Northbeam dashboard for core marketing analytics.
- Own and build features end-to-end from idea to production.
- Optimize the web application for speed and performance.
- Contribute to standardized technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building frontend and backend systems with TypeScript.
- 3+ years of experience with modern component-based libraries like React.
- Experience creating API services using REST and GraphQL.
- Proficiency in SQL and BigQuery.
- Ability to deliver production-ready code with high autonomy.
- Drive rapid development while ensuring maintainability.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Proven ability to mentor other engineers.
