Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify and solve complex, high-impact problems while leading projects involving multiple stakeholders and engineers.
- Help set technical direction for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with product managers, customer success, and customers to scope projects and build solutions.
- Build Northbeam’s marketing analytics dashboard.
- Own and implement features end-to-end from ideation through production.
- Optimize the web application for development speed and rendering performance.
- Create standardized technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building frontend and backend systems with TypeScript.
- At least 3 years of experience with modern component-based libraries such as React.
- Experience creating API services using REST and GraphQL.
- Proficiency in SQL and BigQuery.
- Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready code with minimal guidance.
- Ability to move quickly while balancing short-term delivery with maintainable long-term system design.
- Interest in continuous learning and professional growth.
- Proven ability and interest in mentoring other engineers.
- Python proficiency is a bonus.
- Experience with design systems, frontend performance optimization for large data volumes, data visualization, or marketing, e-commerce, or ad-tech is a bonus.
