Responsibilities
- Design resilient, scalable, and secure Microsoft Azure architectures and landing zones for enterprise customers.
- Lead complex migrations of infrastructure, applications, and databases from on-premises environments to Azure.
- Design and implement cloud-native, hybrid, and edge solutions using Azure platform services.
- Define cloud governance, security, identity, networking, compliance, and quality standards.
- Use Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, Azure DevOps, and GitHub to automate deployments and platform management.
- Collaborate with technical teams, project stakeholders, executive leadership, and customers on solution delivery.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to consultants, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
- Support solution development, customer workshops, architecture reviews, and pre-sales activities.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience architecting, implementing, and operating Microsoft Azure solutions.
- Deep understanding of cloud and enterprise architectures, distributed systems, and hybrid scenarios.
- Experience with networking, security, identity, integration, and data architectures in cloud environments.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation technologies including Bicep, Terraform, ARM, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
- Understanding of governance, ALM, and quality frameworks.
- Experience or solid knowledge of data and AI-based services on Azure, including Azure AI Services, Copilot integration, analytics, and automation.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, presentation, customer interaction, and solution-oriented skills.
- Mentoring and coaching mindset toward consultants and engineers.
- Fluent German and English skills, with a minimum C1 level stated for both languages.
- Willingness to travel depending on project requirements.
