Base Salary
$120k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and design NetSuite solutions aligned with client requirements, best practices, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business processes, challenges, and objectives and translate them into configurations and customizations.
- Lead NetSuite configuration, customization, data migration, and third-party integrations.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, performance goals, risk mitigation plans, integration requirements, data mappings, and testing strategies.
- Oversee development and configuration, conduct code reviews, testing, demonstrations, and product delivery.
- Assess NetSuite environments, analyze logs and performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and optimize SuiteScript, SQL queries, workflows, and system performance.
- Configure integration endpoints and authentication mechanisms and develop custom scripts or middleware connectors.
- Create and maintain technical design documents, configuration guides, and test plans.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, client IT teams, and third-party vendors.
- Provide technical support to project teams, help achieve milestones within budget, maintain current platform standards, and travel to client sites as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience at a NetSuite partner firm, end-user company, or related technical consulting firm.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts, business processes, and industry-specific requirements.
- Proficiency with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk, and REST web services.
- Experience with Workato, Celigo, and Boomi iPaaS toolsets.
- Experience with data migration tools and techniques, including SuiteScript, CSV imports, and middleware platforms.
- Strong logical skills, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to use Git for team code management.
- Proven record of delivering complex NetSuite projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Ability to communicate complex issues and solutions, manage multiple complex workstreams, take initiative, and deliver strong client service.
- Leadership, mentoring, collaboration, professional judgment, and willingness to work hands-on in project details are required.
