Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Data Streams from Salesforce and external systems.
- Build and maintain Data Model Objects, identity resolution rules, data transforms, calculated insights, and segments.
- Write and optimize SQL for calculated insights, including joins, aggregations, and window functions.
- Debug missing data, incorrect unification, and data mismatch issues.
- Support UAT, deployment, post-go-live production issues, defect resolution, and optimization.
- Work with architects and analysts to implement technical designs.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and release cycles.
- Document Data 360 configurations and technical flows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required.
- 3–5 years of Salesforce experience and preferred experience with at least 1 year of Data 360 implementation projects.
- Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360 configuration and development experience.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with JSON, APIs, data integration pipelines, event-based data, and customer engagement tracking.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce metadata, objects, and permissions.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator certifications are mandatory.
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist and Salesforce AI Associate certifications are preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
