Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy multi-agent systems and agentic applications using frameworks such as AutoGen, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
- Build workflow orchestration systems and autonomous, self-healing workflows for decision-making and business-process optimization.
- Implement Agent-to-Agent communication, Model Context Protocol, OpenAPI integrations, and tool-use capabilities.
- Design and integrate RAG workflows, vector databases, knowledge graphs, and information-retrieval architectures.
- Build, fine-tune, deploy, and optimize generative AI, LLM, and ML solutions in production environments.
- Define best practices for building, testing, monitoring, and deploying scalable AI systems.
- Deploy LLMs, agents, and orchestration systems on AWS and on-premises infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate agent-based systems and automation frameworks into applications.
- Stay current with developments in agentic AI, autonomous systems, language models, and generative AI.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of overall technical experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with generative AI and LLM technologies.
- At least 1 year of experience building agentic systems, workflow automation, or autonomous AI applications.
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar, and LLM orchestration frameworks including LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Expertise in workflow orchestration, OpenAPI, A2A protocols, MCP, multi-agent architectures, memory, planning, and tool use.
- Experience with agent evaluation, testing, observability, production LLM inference, RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker JumpStart, and other cloud-based LLM platforms.
- Knowledge of vector databases, knowledge graphs, NLP, deep learning, ML frameworks, MLOps/LLMOps, data pipelines, model serving, drift management, and validation.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring, logging, and observability tools for production AI systems.
- Preferred qualifications include reinforcement learning, agent training, semantic reasoning, planning algorithms, graph databases, ontology design, open-source AI/ML contributions, and AI/ML publications or patents.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design patterns.
