Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Solve technical challenges involved in providing interactive data warehouse exploration and analysis
- Build backend distributed services, algorithms, and APIs for a cloud application
- Develop new software features for Sigma’s growing user base
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues
- Participate in design and code reviews and collaborate with peers and stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 5 years of industry experience building and maintaining high-quality software
- Experience building and deploying robust and secure web applications in a continuous deployment environment
- Strong computer science fundamentals
- Experience with data model design and API development
- Experience with SQL query optimization and database internals
- Experience administering cloud service infrastructure such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Ability to take ownership of work and collaborate effectively with teammates
