Responsibilities
- Provide direct end-user support to business leaders and sales teams.
- Support strategic development, enhancement, and phased implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide Salesforce and business process expertise during project scoping and integration planning.
- Review solution summaries for best-practice adherence and user-focused design.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations and resolve complex technical issues.
- Create technical, business process, best-practice, and reference architecture documentation.
- Support stakeholders during user acceptance testing and development lifecycle phases.
- Serve as the business-facing subject matter expert for the Salesforce technology stack.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of previous Salesforce administrative experience is required.
- Strong understanding of building and supporting highly scalable and reliable Salesforce Platform solutions.
- Experience supporting at least one large Salesforce organization.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large-scale, complex datasets.
- Understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business audiences.
- Experience working in Agile projects.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Developer certification is preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification is preferred.
