Responsibilities
- Develop and manage enterprise web applications using .NET Core and Angular.
- Build secure, robust, transactional applications using object-oriented design and service-oriented architectures.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization with Microsoft technologies.
- Participate in design sessions and collaborate with architects, designers, functional analysts, and business analysts.
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, test, and document application functions.
- Identify technical needs, gaps, and requirements to support application evolution.
- Improve operating efficiency and functionality of assigned systems.
- Support hiring activities and work with the Development Manager to meet delivery timelines.
- Contribute to refactoring WinForms applications into browser-based applications using automated tools and AI.
- Deploy applications in the Azure cloud.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software development experience in the Microsoft stack.
- At least 2 years of web application development experience using Angular.
- At least 2 years of experience working with SQL databases.
- Experience with SOA and domain-driven development.
- Experience with .NET 6.0 or later, WebAPI, and SQL Server.
- Strong programming skills in C#, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Knowledge of application authentication and authorization, infrastructure blueprints, and DevOps.
- Experience in a science-related company.
- Strong documentation and process-improvement skills.
- Knowledge of design patterns and their implementations.
- Experience with refactoring WinForms applications into browser-based application stacks using automated tools and AI.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer engineering or an equivalent computer science and engineering field.
- Microsoft Certifications in Solutions Development are preferred.
