Responsibilities
- Lead engineering efforts from design through production and build scalable products.
- Design and develop systems that automate complex supply chain workflows.
- Own proof-of-concept projects from requirements definition and core implementation through stakeholder validation and launch.
- Develop full-stack features across the React front end and Node.js/Python back end.
- Build vertical AI agents for high-impact business problems.
- Provide architectural insights and technical feasibility assessments to shape product direction.
- Develop and deploy secure code in accordance with company security policies and procedures.
- Lead the Incident Response team, including response, documentation, and lessons learned.
- Execute customer data retention and deletion processes according to company policy and customer requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience and a track record delivering production-scale web services.
- Demonstrated success leading proof-of-concept or pilot projects from zero to launch.
- Deep understanding of modern front-end frameworks and back-end languages including Node.js and Python.
- Ability to work effectively in an early-stage environment with ambiguity, rapid pivots, and multiple responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, action-oriented approach.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for articulating architecture decisions and partnering with non-technical stakeholders.
