Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, performant, reusable, and maintainable frontend code for production applications.
- Contribute to frontend architecture and ensure it scales with the product.
- Review code and uphold high standards for code quality and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate product vision into implementation.
- Prioritize usability, accessibility, reduced cognitive load, and polished micro-interactions in UI decisions.
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system.
- Write tests and monitor frontend performance to ensure a reliable and fast user experience.
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute ideas beyond the immediate scope of the role.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and maintaining production applications with real end users using modern frontend frameworks.
- Professional experience with React.
- Strong TypeScript experience, including generics, type inference, and type-safe components.
- Strong visual attention to detail and experience creating polished UIs and meaningful micro-interactions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical and visual decisions.
- Ability to collaborate closely with product and design teams to create beautiful and functional user experiences.
