Responsibilities
- Perform smoke testing and regression testing to validate new releases and feature updates.
- Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and report bugs clearly and accurately.
- Support bug triage processes by collaborating with developers and product teams.
- Use test management tools to manage and track test cases.
- Work with project management tools to log issues and monitor progress.
- Validate functionality across different browsers and mobile devices.
- Contribute to improving QA processes and documentation standards.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in manual software testing or a similar QA role.
- Solid understanding of testing concepts such as smoke testing and regression testing.
- Experience using at least one test management tool (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray).
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
- Exposure to testing across different browsers and mobile devices.
- Basic understanding of browser developer tools.
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with mobile and web application testing best practices is a plus.
